Land’s End Commercial Marine Training – Booking Policy
A 30% deposit is required for booking. The balance is due one week prior to course start date.
If you need to cancel for any reason and give 24 hours notice – we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, no shows on day one of the course, or less than 24 hours cancellation notice, will result in no refund or credit.
In the remote possibility that we have to cancel, there would be a full refund, but we cannot be responsible for any consequential costs.
